The Spirit 1.0 Plus (~3HP) 1kW, Electric Outboard Motor is a very easy to handle, portable outboard made for dingies, fishing boats, sailboats and tenders.
It features a 1276Wh large integrated lithium battery for long range. It’s nimble, lightweight, and clean power. With one charge, you can go 22 miles at 4.5 mph, or go fishing all day long at trolling speed.
The integrated rechargeable battery is lightweight, only 19 lbs and floats if you drop it in the water. The battery and motor can be taken apart easily to transport or store the motor. Together, they weigh only 42 lbs.
No more dealing with fuel lines, fuel tanks, fumes, engine noise, gas or questions about which way to lay your motor down in the car or how to winterize. No pulling repeatedly to start a motor or struggling to get a heavy motor on a boat!
Just pop the battery off, charge it with the standard 110v charger (or add the 12v or solar charger options) and you are ready to go! Motor and battery can easily be carried separately with the handy back pack for the battery and carry bag for the motor (order a set of carry bags from our website!)
